Police raid headquarters of French magazine in hunt for photographer of topless Duchess pictures
Gordon RaynerThe photographs were relinquished after a French court on Tuesday ordered Closer magazine to present all forms of the pictures to the Royal family within 24 hours or face a €10,000 (£8,000) fine for every day’s delay.
But despite the success of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s legal action, magazines around the world are continuing to publish the images.
Yesterday Se och Hoer, the Swedish celebrity magazine, published a three-page spread of 11 pictures, including one which shows the Duchess removing her bikini bottoms. The Danish edition of the magazine plans to publish the photographs today.
