"A Quebec man who has been convicted of drunken driving 19 times was sentenced to life in prison on Wednesday. Judge Michel Mercier of the Court of Quebec called Roger Walsh, 57, incorrigible when he imposed the sentence, which prosecutors say they believe to be the longest ever given in Canada for impaired driving."
