An explosive device in a car is believed to have been the source of a blast in the centre of Belfast on Sunday, which occurred after police had sealed off the area where the explosion was reported.A number of roads were closed off earlier in the evening and army bomb experts were called in to examine a suspicious vehicle parked outside Musgrave street police station.
