"The Duke, Britain's special representative for trade and industry, also railed against the idiocy of a Serious Fraud Office investigation into allegations of bribery surrounding BAE Systems and spoke cockily in a discussion that verged on the rude.
"Tatania Gfoeller, the United States' envoy to Kyrgyzstan, sent a secret cable to Washington on Oct 29 2008, detailing his indiscreet remarks about America, France, China and Russia.
"The disclosure is the most embarrassing involving Britain so far as the WikiLeaks website continues to release tens of thousands of classified American diplomatic communications."
