No bond for man accused in Wrigleyville bomb plot

"A federal judge denied bond Wednesday for a Chicago man accused of plotting to explode a bomb last weekend on a crowded street near Wrigley Field. "Sami Samir Hassoun, a Lebanese citizen who allegedly spent months planning a terror attack in Chicago while under FBI surveillance, posed a danger to the public as well as a risk to flee, U.S. Magistrate Judge Susan Cox ruled. ""There's an instability in this man that cannot be addressed through electronic monitoring," Cox said. "It's hard to imagine an offense that presents more potential danger to the public.""
