At least seven people have been wounded in shootings in Chicago this evening, including three men shot to death and a 6-year-old boy who suffered three gunshot wounds to the shoulder and chest, authorities said.The boy was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital from near 57th Street and Mozart Avenue in the Gage Park neighborhood, said Chicago Fire Department spokesman Larry Langford.
The boy suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder about 5:37 p.m., said Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Daniel O'Brien. The boy, believed to be 6, suffered three gunshot wounds to the shoulder and chest and was in critical condition, police said this evening.
